Our history 

First chartered April 1996, in Riyadh ss a Joint Venture between TRW Aerospace Systems and Eirad International Co LTD.

Charter updated August 2007: Northrop Grumman Acquired TRW Aerospace Systems.  Name updated to NGMSA. A Joint venture between Northrop Grumman Space Corp and Eirad International Co. Charter later Updated June 2011 to Include more services. In October 2011 Charter NGMSA established CR and in the Eastern Province in Khobar.

Charter Updated March 2019: Northrop Grumman sold all Shares to Eirad Trading Corp. part of the Kingdom 2030 Vision is to be a 100% Saudi Company with an Exclusive partnership with Northrop Grumman Mission Systems for certain products and services.

We are proud to announce that we have passed our ISO audit and have been awarded the ISO 14001 & 45001 certificates for the quality, environment, health & safety standards.

The ISO (International Standards Organisation) is an independent, international organization that upholds worldwide industrial and commercial international standards.  The ISO 14001:2015 standard specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 45001:2018 standard specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance.

NGMSA is a Saudi Arabian joint venture formed by a Saudi and a leading American Aerospace company, the Saudization plan launched in 2009, our Induction Program aims to increase NGMSA’s Saudization ratio by recruiting talented Saudi graduates and placing them in jobs suited to their skills and capabilities. NGMSA’s trying hard not only to fit the Ministry of Labor requirements but also to gain the Saudi skills and encourage them to our projects first lines.


Hiring Policy

We are trying to apply or attend many careers fair day or participate around the kingdom to hire Saudi experts or fresh graduated in many events such as:

  • The King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals Program (‘The open day’ and the ‘Career day’).

  • Prince Mohammed ibn Fahad Program for employment and training.

  • Abdul Latif Jamil Profession and Vocational Program.

  • The Jubil Technical Institute.

  • The Employment Office of the Chamber of Trade and Commerce.

  • Employment companies on the internet.

  • Other various sources (such as fax, email, or the person themselves).

Training Criteria:

  • Experienced Saudis Plan

When we selected the employees we offer them training plans under high experiences employees which help them to reach the maximum requirements as soon as possible to fit their ability and work requirements on the site or in the office. Each NGMSA’s supervisors are required to monitor their employees and update the evaluation report each year so we can raise the work quality and select the Saudi workers who are fit in each position.  Next step we shift these up to be supervisors and NGMSA gives a chance to hire new Saudis to take over their place until we reach our Saudization ratio each year.

  • Freshly graduated plan

NGMSA offers short courses to train the newly graduated employees to improve their knowledge and skills to fit the work requirements. We either send him to the high-level institute such as (New horizon, Albasam, or Aljihat) or bring some experts to teach him the requirements under our training program.

NGMSA has reached 45.32% of saudization percentage and on track to reach the 60% saudization goal by the end of 2023.
